TechVez Global is an IT and digital company based in Cardiff. We provide proactive IT support to businesses across the UK, many of whom have international offices that our team supports as well, and we do it as one team rather than four separate suppliers.
Most of that is the technical layer: servers, networks, cloud accounts, devices and the people using them, monitored around the clock so faults are caught before they stop anyone working. Alongside it sits the website your customers actually see, the online stores taking the orders, and the marketing bringing people in. It increasingly means AI as well, put to work on the repetitive jobs that quietly eat hours every week.
We are not a project shop that disappears at launch. Most of our work is ongoing, and we would rather keep something running properly than hand it over and wish you luck.
